Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include Lipsticks,Lip Pencils, mascara, eyeliners,Lip gloss.This is due to hygiene reasons.
Cosmetics that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Only damaged product from shipment.
When you place an order or make a booking with us you are agreeing to use the products or services only for their intended purpose. If you use the products or services for any other purpose, you will assume for any loss or damages that arise out of such.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
No exchanges accepted
All purchases are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing. Only authorised purchases will be processed and shipped.
Most ground orders usually take 3 – 5 business days to be processed and shipped, and they should arrive within 3 o 4 business days. Express post is processed within 1 to 3 working days.
We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays and Sundays or major holiday periods.
All orders are processed by Australia Post.
Once an order has posted by Australia Post Terrigal Makeup is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact Australia Post to file a claim using your tracking number for your order.
They're maybe some delays with your postal items which will be out of our control. Deliveries maybe delayed, due to Covid and back log of orders.
